Because Cupids Hypnosis 2.0 is a personal-care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or change-of-mind orders. All sales are final once the product is delivered in good condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order ID
• Clear photos of the item and outer packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
