Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

• India (Standard): 3-7 business days - FREE on all orders
• India (Express): 1-3 business days - ₹199
• International: 7-15 business days

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Order page using your order ID and email.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Failed / Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, we'll reach out to reschedule. Re-shipping charges may apply.
